What is “priority support?”
As a member of our Developer Club, all support tickets that you file go directly to the top of our queue.
Specifically, members are given access to a private Moodle installation that we use to house resources like theme downloads, source PNG files, etc. Once inside, you’ll have priority access to our ticket system. All tickets generated from this Members-only Moodle installation will be flagged as urgent and given top priority.
